Delivery
We print your poster just for you! Once you have told us the width of your bunk frame, we get going and print the image you choose and trim it to fit your bed only. Getting the personal treatment is worth it.
*Same Day Dispatch if orders are placed before 12 Noon GMT*
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

UK – shipped via DHL – 1-2 working days (UK mainland)
– (UK addresses outside the mainland 1–5 working days)
Europe – shipped via DHL – 3–10 working days (Please enquire to hello@sistine-posters.com for European shipping times)
USA – shipped via DHL – 3–5 working days
*Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic crisis we have seen an increase in delivery times especially to international territories.
*On international orders the customer may be required to pay import/duty fees.
International postage – Please note that this is an untracked service. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your item before contacting us for non-delivery.

Returns
At Sistine Posters, we are only interested in 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to allow us to resolve the issue before leaving feedback.
We can accept a return, of unused items if you have just changed your mind within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns are payable by the customer.
Any delivery complications or delivery damaged items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.
*Photographic evidence of the box it arrived in and the poster itself (front and back) will be required.
